Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Licence to use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial learning, in line with the rules of the app store you got it from. Copying, selling, modifying and redistributing, or reverse engineering the app or its content is not allowed, except where the law permits it.

3. App store terms

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play's terms of service also apply.

4. Content

Words, pronunciations, explanations and exercises are prepared with care, but they are not guaranteed to be free of errors. The content is for learning. If you spot a mistake, please tell us at the address on the Support page. Short film quotes appear with their source, for educational purposes. The information on this website is for introduction and information only.

5. Intellectual property

The app's design, code, mascot (Dilki) and original content belong to the developer. Licences for third-party components and sources are listed in the app under Settings → ℹ️ Clock Tower Plaque (About) → Licenses.

6. Your data

Your progress is stored on your device; see the Privacy Policy for details. Making a backup with Settings → 💾 Archive Vault (Data & Backup) → Back Up Progress before you change phones or reset is your responsibility.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer does not guarantee that the app will run without interruption or errors and is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Changes

If these terms change, the updated version is published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
